READ PRECAUTIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE.

OPTIMUM CONDITIONS:

  • Wax strips should not come into contact with water as they become ineffective. Always store and use in a dry, cool place. After opening, strips can be kept for up to 4 weeks in a sealed container.
  • Make sure the skin is clean, dry, not irritated and free of creams and oils.
  • For best results, hair should be 2 - 5 mm long.

HOW TO PREPARE THE WAX:

1) If using on a small area, cut strips to size.

2) Warm the wax strip between your hands.

3) Slowly peel the strips apart.

HOW TO APPLY AND REMOVE THE WAX:

1) Ensure skin is dry before you apply strips. Apply one strip onto skin and smooth firmly with your hands for 5 seconds in the direction of hair growth (depending on the body part, please refer to the appropriate section below or in the package’s leaflet).

2) Immediately, hold the skin taut with one hand and with the other hand, grip the bottom of the strip. In one swift and decisive movement, remove the strip against the direction of hair growth. Never lift the strip upwards, but keep it as close to the skin as possible. Failure to do so may be painful, and waxing will be less effective. To relieve discomfort, apply pressure on your skin with your hands (optional).

3) The same strip can be used several times. To re-use, fold strip and warm between your hands. Repeat steps above.

4) Once all hair has been removed, gently wipe the skin with a Perfect Finish Wipe to remove any remaining wax residue. Never use water, soap or alcohol to wipe away any traces of wax. If needed, use cotton wool soaked with oil.

Note: It is normal that your skin turns red after waxing, as is a minor stinging sensation on sensitive skin. If you experience discomfort, burning sensation, or bruising apply a cold compress to skin. Symptoms should disappear within 24 hours. If not, seek medical advice.

FOR UNDERARM AND BIKINI USE:

If you have not waxed before we recommend to start by removing hair from the legs. Only when you have experience, then progress to the sensitive areas of underarms and bikini line. On these, we recommend not to wax the same area of skin twice during a waxing session.

Underarm: Cut the strips to a suitable size. Left elbow up and well back for the skin to be taut. Underarm hair tends to grow in 2 different directions, so requires removing in 2 stages:

1) For upper part of underarm, smooth strip firmly in direction of hair growth (usually towards elbow). Holding skin taut, swiftly remove strip downward, in opposite direction.

2) For lower part of underarm, repeat pattern in opposite direction.

Bikini Area: Cut the strip to a suitable size. Only use on small areas at a time. Follow steps 1 and 2.

Follow the directions for use indicated on the leaflet inside the pack.
